Sound Of Music

The sound of music was made in the late 1930's
but its a color movie, great quality and i just love it!
you should really watch it.
so anyway, we have an annual day at my school.
so this time we did a play of the
Sound of Music!
in a actual aditorium and it was really cool!
p.s. the sound of music movie stars young Julie Andrews (like in her 20's or something)

Adeventure Camp!

Hey everyone!
This actually happened sometime in mid-Feb but i didn't get to tell you about it.
so my school had an adventure camp, where during the day we would have rock climbing, Burma bridge, commando net, and a rocket launch- where you would be in a bouncy thing and the would slowly launch you 10ft in the air and then drop.
But the best part(of day) was ZORBING! (you'll see)
and then we got to 
STAY OVER FOR THE NIGHT!
in a room with the girls of 5th-9th(were really close)
we also went to the mall and stuff
 except ours was on the ground...

 super awesome right?!

Saturday 18^th  Feb,

8.30am –0900am - Registration

9.00am – 9.30am – Settling down in their home away from home.

9.30am – 09.45 am- Briefing

0945am –11.30am Adventure Activities

11.30am -1200 pm – Snack Time

12.00pm-0200 pm – Adventure Activities

0200 pm-0230pm – Lunch Time

0230pm-0330pm –Adventure Activities

0330pm-0430pm..Time to relax

0430pm-0500pm- Refreshments

0500pm- 0630pm- Visit to nearby Mall

0700pm-0800pm Time to relax and enjoy with your friends/Making your bed etc

8.30pm – 9.00pm – Dinner time.

9.00 pm -10.00 pm – Bonfire and Reflection Time.

10.00 pm – Goodnight (Lights off and students sleep with their educators in the classrooms)

Sunday 19^th  Feb.

6.30 am – Rise and shine (Wake up alarm)

6.45am – 7.00 am – Milk time.

7.00 am -7.15 am – Yoga for healthy mind and body

7.15 am – 7.45 am – Healthy start of the day (Breakfast) and Packing Time

7.45 am - 8.30 am - Treasure hunt and leaving your impressions

8.30 am – 9.00 am – Doing their bit for nature (planting a sapling)

9.15 am – Sayonara  (children leave for home with their parents)

IT WAS AWESOME!

p.s. there was also dancing at the bonfire with loud music

School

Hey Everybody!
Today I'm going to tell you about school. Lots to say!
I'll start with...
Okay well our school year ends in April or March or something and it starts in like April or may or something. Then we have summer break in June or something and the school year CONTINUES in August. :(
So our teachers usually teach a grade and a subject-just 1 or 2 subjects. And their post changes every year. Like they have a new grade every year(higher grade or lower)
 And we have classes like-
Math
Science
Same teacher(Math and science)
History/Civics(civics is modern day like government)
Geography
History/Civics/Geography=Social studies
Music
Computer
So these subjects are pretty much the same but 10x more boring!

But then we have stuff like
Horse riding(not as fun as you think!)
Tennis
P.E.(but it's way more fun than PRMS P.E....sometimes...)
Soccer is a Period!(which i'm not happy about 'cause i don't like soccer)
CLAY MODELEING
Art(which is also more fun)

And then we have a choice between...
Spanish or
FRENCH!(which i obviously take)

But a still really miss Pond too.
Cause the food is Really Bad. Not REEEEEEAAAAALLY BAD but bad.
It's Edible but Bad-ish
The food is stuff like Indian food but it's not even good Indian food even the Pasta is bad-ish
Well i don't like most of it but i have to eat it.
Like all the food is prepaid for.
You can still bring food though.

Well the teachers at our school come to our classroom.
So we don't switch classes...the teachers do.
but the teachers are nice.

Supplies

So our school has their own notebooks which we get from school.

We get most all our books from school scince its an international school whichis like usually private.

Um.. they give us pencils and earasers and stuff too.

OMG! I FORGOT TO TELL U THE NAME OF MY SCHOOL!

Which is EXCELSIOR AMERICAN SCHOOL.

So then we have "lockers" which is a cubby with a door. :|

Really it's made out of wood and it's the same size!

Their even stacked the same way!

Um... French is hard Like really haard

And we have like weekly tests for every subject!

Questions

Hey guys i will ask and answer some questions-
okay I'm not telling you about school yet, that's a separate post.
SO over the summer i just went to visit family and stuff. but over winter i went to
THAILAND!

It is my next or next-to-next post.(probably  tomorrow)

It was really fun, i liked visiting another country besides my own(this is Thailand)

um.. school here isn't too hard because i go to an "American" school (like international but not) but otherwise in India school is hard.

UM...it's very very hot here in summer but in winter it's really cold.
it doesn't snow but it's really cold.

It's really hard to talk or call someone because of the time difference. You have to find a perfect time.
But the lunch at my school is really really bad(next post)

I MISS U GUYS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
